Privacy

When you start a quote, you send us your name, phone number, address and, if you choose, your email, and the photos and voice recording from your walk-around. We use them only to quote and do your job, and to contact you about it.

Where it goes

Your request is stored in our own Google account (Google Sheets and Google Drive). Photos and voice recordings are read by an AI tool (Google Gemini) to write up the job notes for us. If you book a visit, it goes on our calendar and you get a calendar invite.

What we don't do

We don't sell your details or share them with anyone outside Level Ground Co. We don't post photos of your property without asking you first.

Removing your details

Email info@levelgroundco.ca or call (902) 702-3038 and we will delete your request.
