- Dig and levelDown to firm ground, with drainage so water doesn't sit.
- Base or formCompacted gravel for pavers, or forms and rebar for concrete.
- Finish dead levelChecked with a level corner to corner.
If it sinks, lifts or loosens in two years, we come back and fix it. Free.
We build from the base up, so we put our name on it. Every job comes with a 2-year workmanship guarantee.
Covers settling, lifting and loose joints caused by how we built it, for 2 years from the day we finish. It does not cover damage from other trades, vehicles on areas not built for them, or ground work done by others after us.
